My First Bitcoin’s flagship is called the Bitcoin Diploma. It is a workbook that teaches its readers everything they need to know to understand what makes Bitcoin so important for one’s future.
It is composed of 10 chapters, ranging from “What is Money?” to “An Introduction to the Technical Side of Bitcoin”. It is typically delivered in 10 sessions, one for each chapter.
Even though we made it as straightforward as possible and limited the amount of technical concepts and explanations, it is still packed with information. To teach the Bitcoin Diploma in the best possible way, educators need to prepare themselves well.
This is why we created additional resources which will help you train yourself and your team for your first class!
Here’s how you can train yourself and your team:

After reading the Bitcoin Diploma a couple of times, read the Educators Lesson Plan. The Lesson Plan will guide you through structuring your classes.

We have also created Powerpoint slides that can be helpful during your online or offline classes. You can download the slides here.

If you have any doubts or questions, reach out for help in the community forums. You can even join an online class being taught by one of the nodes! To do so, go to the Node Network Calendar and choose a class in your own language.

Once you feel you have a good understanding of the Bitcoin Diploma, you can join the Teacher Certification Program. It is a course that will help you teach the Bitcoin Diploma in the best possible way. At the end of the program, you will receive a certificate and will be able to proudly wear MPB’s Certified Educator badge!
